OTCS Alumni may request transcripts, replacement diplomas, covers, and graduation confirmations from administration.
If you are requesting a transcript please give us your full name at the time of graduation, as well as the name and address of the institution that is waiting for your transcript.
The costs are as follows:
- Transcripts - $8.00 per copy.
- Replacement Diplomas - $15.00
- Leather Diploma Cover - $25.00
All costs include shipping and handling.
